These beauties were designed by John and Brendan and are a riff on the logo of the much maligned South Florida sandwich shop, Miami Subs. Under The Covers

Under The Covers is the first in a series of Ancient Heat tribute EPs celebrating disco’s rich history. The EP was recorded at Revolver Studios in our hometown of Portland, Ore., and has been released digitally alongside a limited run of 100 cassettes. With this EP, our goal is to bring new vivacity and inventiveness to some deeply soulful cuts, while still conveying a great sense of respect, admiration and indebtedness to those who came before.
